Our Philosophy

The Biniarroca Restaurant was born in 1993 with the objective of offering a complete gastronomic experience to the hotel guests. Thus, in the first years the restaurant was open only for guests of the hotel, in 1998 it opened its doors for all those who wish to enjoy a sophisticated encounter around good cooking.

Today, the gastronomic offer of Biniarroca includes nutritious and tasty breakfasts, light and casual lunches, and sophisticated dinners with a spoiled gastronomic offer; All accompanied by a surprising and innovative wine list and delicious cocktails. We potentiate the local product and all our suppliers are from Menorca; In addition, a good part of our vegetables comes from our own ecological orchard km. 0.
