A little bit of history

The Biniarroca Restaurant was born in 1993 with the objective of offering a complete gastronomic experience to the hotel guests. Thus, in the first years the restaurant was open only for guests of the hotel, in 1998 it opened its doors for all those who wish to enjoy a sophisticated encounter around good cooking.

Today, Biniarroca´s gastronomic offer includes nutritious and tasty breakfasts, light and casual lunches, and sophisticated dinners with an extensive gastronomic offer, all accompanied by a surprising and innovative wine list and delicious cocktails. We potentiate the local product and all our suppliers are from Menorca; In addition, a good part of our vegetables comes from our own ecological, Km 0, orchard.

We can organize romantic tables for two in our lush gardens, to events of about eighty plates, whether they are for companies , families or friends. Looking for a special place? Biniarroca is, undoubtedly, that place.
